CFO Strategic Partners adds two new team members

CFO Strategic Partners is proud to announce it has added two new members to its team. Together, CFO Tim Hudson, CPA, and CFO Jim Adkinson, CPA, bring over 40 years of combined experience.

Tim Hudson, CPA

Tim is based in Tampa and will help CFO Strategic Partners with existing clients and expanding services to Tampa Bay. He brings 20-plus years of experience in accounting and finance leadership roles, working with companies of all sizes, including publicly traded, private, non-profit and start-up companies. He is also active in the community serving on Community Action Stops Abuse’s finance committee and is St. Pete MD Charities’ Treasurer.

He has experience leading large accounting teams and being hands-on working with start-ups, and has worn many different hats to ensure maximum efficiencies and proper reporting.

Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Kentucky. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida, and is a member of Financial Executives International and Association for Corporate Growth.

Jim Adkinson, CPA

Jim brings depth and experience to the CFO Strategic Partners team, which allows him to bring real world and creative solutions to clients. He has functioned in key financial leadership positions for manufacturing/distribution, pharmaceutical and construction companies. He has experience organizing accounting departments, building teams, providing detailed reporting and managing external relationships.

Jim earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida, and is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs.
