    Brouillette is Founder and President of CFO Strategic Partners.  CFO Strategic Partners is a Florida based company that provides firms with highly qualified financial executives on a consulting basis.  CFO serves the needs of companies in numerous industry segments with offices in Orlando and Tampa. CFO strives to help businesses understand true financial well-being and provides the tools to make sound business decisions for a stronger future. The firm has 32 employees and has served over 400 clients.  This collective knowledge base of the entire team is tremendously powerful and allows the firm to help their clients excel to new heights.   

    Brouillette graduated from the University of Florida and started her career with KPMG Peat Marwick as a member of their audit team. She left the firm several years later to serve as a commercial lending officer for United American Bank, which was subsequently acquired by Colonial Bank. It was in that role that she dealt with CEO's on a regular basis and identified the need for CFO Strategic Partners. She realized there was a lack of financial services that catered to small and medium size companies. As a response to that, she founded CFO Strategic Partners in August of 1999.

    In 2004, Mrs. Brouillette was voted an "Up and Comer" by the Orlando Business Journal in the annual Women Who Mean Business Awards. She was also a finalist for the "Business Women of the Year" in 2005. That same year, Shannon was also a finalist in the Magic 107.7 and Orlando Sentinel's "Women of Magic" Awards. In 2007, Working Mother Magazine named CFO Strategic Partners one of the top family friendly workplaces in the country and featured Brouillette as its cover story.  She also served as the past President of the Coastal Conservation Association. Shannon's passions outside her career are spending time with her husband and two boys, and her love of fly-fishing for tarpon.

    Leigh Ann Horton graduated from the University of Florida in 1994 with her Bachelors in Accounting and her Masters in Tax. She began her career with IBM as an accounting intern in Somers, New York. She later joined KPMG Peat Marwick in the Mutual Fund Tax Practice in New York City. In 1996, Leigh Ann transferred to the Orlando KPMG office, where she gained more a diverse tax background. In the fall of 1998, Leigh Ann became the International Tax Manager for Hard Rock Cafe International. In 2000, she became a partner at CFO Strategic Partners, offering a wealth of experience for the company's clients. Leigh Ann has been a member of the Board of Directors of Second Harvest Food Bank since 1997, and served as President in 2004 and 2005. She also serves on the Capital Campaign Committee for Summit Church, as a Board Member of the Florida Fellowship Foundation and was on the Florida Economic Education Council in 2002. Leigh Ann was in the 2003 Class of Greater Orlando Leadership Foundation (GOLF) and is in the Leadership Orlando Class 68. In December 2005, she was appointed to the Executive Board for the Orlando Chamber of Commerce and the 2006 - 2008 Board of Governors. In addition, Leigh Ann enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

    Stacey Haley is a graduate of Florida State University with her Bachelors in Accounting and her Masters in Corporate Accounting.  She began her career with Arthur Andersen in Atlanta.  Stacey specialized in assisting in the Manufacturing and Software Development industries.  She later transferred to their Orlando office and continued with Software Development clients and also added the rental car industry and benefits plans to her portfolio by working with Budget Rental Car Group, Inc.  In 1999, Stacey accepted a position with Budget, Inc., the holding company for Budget Rental Car Corporation, as the Senior Manager of Fleet Accounting.  In addition to overseeing the fleet division, she assisted the corporate offices with new policies, benefit plans, audits, and SEC reporting.  She joined the CFO Strategic Partners team in the fall of 2001 and became a partner with the firm in 2004.  Her Partner role involves constant communication with the CFO’s to ensure every client receives the full benefit of the entire firm’s knowledge.  Stacey has also held a position on the Wesley Child Development Center Board (affiliated with First United Methodist Church of Orlando) and was the secretary for her Home Owners Association.  She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

    Cheryl graduated from Florida State University with her Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 1985 and her Masters in Taxation in 1986. She started her career with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in Orlando, Florida (now known as Deloitte & Touche) in 1986 as a member of the tax department. She continued her career at Deloitte until 1993 during which she rose to a manager level and handled the recruiting efforts for the Orlando office of Deloitte. In 1993, she left public accounting to join the corporate tax department of The Walt Disney Company as a Manager of Federal Taxes. She was responsible for coordinating the federal and state tax returns for the Florida companies of Disney with the California Disney tax office and handled federal tax research and planning for the Florida companies. Her duties involved extensive dealings with the legal and finance departments within Disney and implementing the plans with the various divisions within Disney. In 1997, she left Disney to return to public accounting with Vestal & Wiler, a local CPA firm, where she was appointed a tax partner during her tenure. During her time with Vestal & Wiler, she handled a multitude of small to medium sized businesses in the Central Florida area. In 2000, she left Vestal & Wiler to become the CFO for Olympus Media Group LLC (formerly known as Bressler Outdoor Advertising Group LLC) where she remained until 2004, when the Company sold a majority of its outdoor assets. After the sale, she remained in the outdoor advertising industry as the CFO of Olympus Media LLC, a developmental company that was started by the predecessor management group of Olympus Media Group with a goal to grow through acquisitions of other outdoor companies. When the Company relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in July of 2005, Cheryl decided to stay in Orlando with family. She joined the CFO Strategic Partners team in September of 2005, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.


    Susan Bounds, CPA

    Susan Bounds graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting.  She began her career with Arthur Andersen (Andersen) in the Orlando office in the audit division and worked on both public and private clients.  She served clients in many different industries including transportation, hospitality and food services, real estate, and retail.  As an experienced manager with Andersen, Susan led a client service team of 40 people for a growing multinational public company.  During her time with that client, Susan assisted with or managed SEC filings including current filings such as 10K and 10Q, as well as periodic filings such as S-1, S-3, S-4, and S-8.  She also interacted with investment bankers, attorneys and others as she helped her client with numerous debt and stock transactions.   Susan joined the CFO Strategic Partners team in October 2005.  Since joining the team, she has worked in a variety of industries including insurance, lobbying and retail.  In addition, she has performed project work including the preparation of pro forma financial statements for a public offering, and an analysis of distributions for a family-owned company.  She is married with two children, and enjoys traveling and volunteering at her children’s school.

    Sarah Crawford joined the CFO Strategic Partners team in October 2004. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in business administration. Sarah began her accounting career with Regal Marine Industries in Orlando. In 1999, she accepted an audit position with Arthur Andersen, serving both private and publicly held companies in the time share, real estate, car rental and manufacturing industries. She left Arthur Andersen to become the controller for Wright Entertainment Group, LLC, where she gained significant experience in small business operations and tax issues. Since joining the CFO Strategic Partners team, Sarah has served 12 clients in various industries, including engineering (structural, civil and environmental), construction (general and subcontractors), manufacturing and retail. She has assisted clients in numerous areas, including software conversions, obtaining financing, providing benchmarks and other key indicators to measure business success, budgeting, and continuous training of controllers/bookkeepers. Sarah enjoys an active role in the community. She is a volunteer advisor for the UCF Small Business Development Center and is the CFO Strategic Partners representative with the Seminole County Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends.


    Meghan Dalton

    Meghan Dalton brings more than 15 years of finance, investor relations and small business advisory experience to CFO Strategic Partners. She is a 1991 graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Accounting. For five years she worked as an audit and tax consultant for Ernst & Young. In 1998 she became finance director and controller for Intersil Corporation, where she participated in the largest IPO of a U.S.-based semiconductor company and integration of several acquired companies. Meghan played an integral role in the preparation of the company’s S-1 registration, and directed the FP&A process. In 2001 Intersil named Meghan Vice-President of Investor Relations, charged with developing positioning strategy to communicate to Wall Street the newly-public company’s investment potential, and act as a liaison between senior management and the investment community. In 2007 Meghan began offering private consulting services, including developing an investor relations process for one firm, and providing another with advice on current best practices and available investor relations tools. A board member of the Heneghan Foundation, Meghan also served on the board of 211 Brevard. In her spare time Meghan enjoys spending time with her son, and traveling, golfing and going to the beach.

    Ashley brings more than two decades of financial management to CFO Strategic Partners. Her experience ranges from a senior tax consultant with a big 4 accounting firm in Washington D.C. to offering financial guidance at a Tampa real estate services firm as it experienced explosive growth. Ashley has run her own consulting firm and been a point person in launching and growing a number of companies. She has extensive experience in tax strategy and compliance, real estate development and technology companies. During her career she was a partner in a company that developed and sold leading financial accounting software. Ashley has a bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and Masters from Duke University. She is married and the mother of two boys. When not spending time with the family, Ashley enjoys competitive tennis and running.

    Gina Hazelwood graduated from Florida Southern College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance. She began her career in public accounting working for both Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton in the audit department. As a manager with Grant Thornton, Gina led client service teams for both multi-national public clients and private clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, real estate development and construction, energy, citrus, advertising and transportation.  Gina worked on various financial accounting issues including purchase accounting, revenue recognition, derivative instruments, and Sarbanes-Oxley for an accelerated filer.  Gina has also been involved with the Miss America’s Most Outstanding Teen Scholarship Program.  In her free time, Gina enjoys spending time with family and friends.

    Mark has degrees in both Marketing (from Stetson University) and Accounting (from the University of Central Florida).  Mark’s has extensive industry experience in new technologies / Internet commerce, advertising, and entertainment and bring nine years of CFO/controller level position experience to the CFO Strategic Partners Team.  While completing course work for his CPA, Mark held social service positions for government agencies.  Mark was a Grants Specialist for Health and Rehabilitative Services for the State of Florida, Director of the Transportation for the Disadvantaged Program for Central Florida, and was a member of the Central Florida Health Council, an organization that worked to coordinate all health care resources for Central Florida. In addition, he audited service providers for Federal and State contract compliance and advised them on financial and administrative issues. Mark launched his career as a CPA with his own practice that specialized in artist and business management.  He helped develop the music careers of Diamond and Platinum selling recording artists Rob Thomas (Matchbox 20), Sister Hazel and 7Mary3.  Mark was recruited from his CPA practice to become the Process Owner of Intellectual Properties at BSG Labs, a subsidiary of American Standard, providing entertainment programming, commercial audio products and marketing media for clients that included Darden Restaurants, Brinker International and The Orlando Science Center.  Prior to this, Mark also held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the music record label, Pyramid Records, and served as the CFO for the Wooldridge Group, a full service advertising agency. Immediately prior to joining the CFO Strategic Partners Team, Mark held the position of Controller for Cygnus Entertainment, a full service ticketing and reservations solutions company. In its’ third year in operation (2005), Cygnus became a publicly traded company (CYGT).  Mark still enjoys supporting the local music and arts scene by going to shows and concerts and spends family time with his wife and daughter on the great Florida beaches.

    Katrina Jackson joined the CFO Strategic Partners team in August 2005, as a CFO. Katrina graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor's degree in accounting. She began her career with the Faison Company as a project accountant for their commercial real estate division. During that time, Katrina prepared and analyzed financial statements for both private and institutional owners. She later worked for Trammell Crow Company as a controller for the Florida region and was responsible for corporate accounting. Katrina managed accountants who reported on more than 100 client projects. During her tenure, she prepared budgets, analyzed sales revenues, reconciled and prepared the monthly financials. She also reviewed the monthly financial packages for third party clients to ensure accuracy. Katrina is actively involved with her community, currently serving as the vice president of her children's PTA Board and working with Hannah's Closet through her church. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.


    Kristen Jaffe, CPA

    Kristen Jaffe joined the CFO Strategic Partners team in May 2003. She obtained a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of South Florida in 1988, a bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida Atlantic University in 1992, and has been a CPA in Florida since 1994. She began her career with Deloitte & Touche as an auditor, and remained with the company for six years. Later, Kristen spent two years with a local staffing company, serving as both the controller and CFO. During her tenure, Kristen received hands-on experience in numerous areas, including system implementation, cash management and forecasting, financial statement analysis, collections policies and procedures implementation, payroll tax returns and W-2 preparation. Following this role, Kristen later worked with Siemens Shared Services as the general ledger accounting manager. While with Siemens Shared Services, Kristen successfully hired a team of local accounting professionals who traveled for three months to New Jersey to perform clean up and audit support work for this Siemens division, and then successfully transferred all of the accounting records and functions to Orlando. Once in Orlando, Kristen led the accounting team in developing and maintaining a monthly general ledger close and financial statement preparation process. Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and twin sons.


    Ellen Koon, CA, CFP

    Ellen Koon brings nearly 30 years of experience as a financial manager to CFO Strategic Partners. A licensed Chartered Accountant in Canada (CPA equivalent) and Certified Financial Planner, Koon has experience in a number of industries including real estate and hospitality. Ellen served as controller for Supra Telecommunications & Information Systems, Inc in Orlando before she joined the firm. Prior to that, she was Director of Corporate Accounting for Starwood Vacation Ownership.  She began her career at KPMG. Her resume includes senior financial planning and management; finance, portfolio and treasury management; budgets, cost accounting and variance analysis; development and implementation of internal control systems; financial projections and forecasts; workplace re-engineering; financial analysis; and tax planning.  A native of Toronto, Ellen was swayed to move to Orlando by her husband of nearly 30 years. She has called Central Florida home for the past seven years. She enjoys the great Florida lifestyle, theater, reading and spending time with the family.


    Teri McCook, CPA

    Teri McCook joined the CFO Strategic Partners team in April 2005. She graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1993, with a bachelor's of science in management. Teri began her career with an Atlanta-based real estate developer as their business manager, providing all accounting and operational functions. In 1996, she began working for Turner Properties, the real estate and development division of TBS, as their project accountant, handling construction projects around the world from TBS to Turner Field. Teri later moved to Montana, where she became the business manager for a non-profit organization. In 1999, she began her four years with Canadian-based Intrawest Corporation as the financial controller for the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Destin, Fla. During her time with Intrawest, she was responsible for financial reporting and analysis for 80 business units, company consolidations, intercompany reporting and the financial accounting. Additionally, she handled the accounts payable system conversion from AS400 Infinium to JD Edwards, accounting software support, annual audits, and managing a staff of 12 to include accountants and shipping and receiving for the 2400-acre resort. Teri relocated to Orlando in 2003, furthering her accounting experience with a leading commercial aviation service provider as their accounting supervisor. Her expertise of accounting systems was beneficial as she was responsible for the system account and report maintenance of Infinium. She also spent time with one of Florida's top home builders as their assistant controller, furthering her experience in the real estate development industry working with custom residential home sales and land acquisitions. Since joining the CFO Strategic Partners team, Teri has assisted clients with accounting procedures, system conversions and mapping, preparing and reviewing financial statements and financing. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, as well as being involved in the community through the Junior League of Greater Orlando as their controller.

    Jennifer Miller graduated from the University of Central Florida with Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems and a Masters in Business Administration. Jennifer joined the CFO Strategic Partners team in 2006. She began her career with a public accounting firm in Orlando where she gained experience in areas of audit, tax and software systems. She was responsible for preparing individual and corporate tax returns and audits for a variety of companies. Jennifer also assisted clients with information systems consulting including the selection, installation, training, and ongoing maintenance of software applications, specifically QuickBooks Pro. During Jennifer’s public accounting experience, she served private companies in a wide variety of industries including homebuilding, construction, investments, engineering and non-profits.  In her spare time she enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children.

    Tonja Ramsey graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 1993 where she was in the Honors and Scholars Programs, Leadership Fellows Program, and Southern Scholarship Foundation Alumni of the Year.  Tonja then received her Masters Degree from the University of Central Florida in 2002.  She started her career at Arthur Andersen as an Auditor in 1993 where she gained experience in numerous industries including construction, hospitality, manufacturing, banking and non-profit.  Tonja was asked to join a start up company, Coast to Coast Renovations, in 1996 as a Controller to build their Accounting Department from the ground up.  She implemented software, created policies and procedures, worked with underwriters to secure lending, and was in charge of hiring a complete staff.  In 1997 she joined McCree, Inc. as a CFO in which she was responsible for the selection and implementation of new accounting software, overseeing staff, and preparing monthly financial reporting packages for the Board of Directors.  Tonja also managed communication with estimators, architects, permitting, engineers, project managers, IT, and Human Resources.  In 2000, Tonja began offering private consulting services, including assisting clients with their accounting processes as well as policies and procedures, developing budgeting processes, and implementation of set-up accounting for new divisions within organizations.  Tonja has been involved with several organizations throughout the years including Junior Achievement and The United Way, and she is currently a member of Discovery Church.  In her spare time she enjoys traveling, dancing, and spending time with her friends and family, especially her two daughters.

    Bruce Stafford brings diverse financial and senior operational experience to CFO Strategic Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Bruce was COO and CFO for Diamond Products Company - which was the manufacturer of White Rain hair care products. He worked his way up with the Tampa company, starting as assistant controller in 1990. Bruce brings retail, manufacturing, human resources and corporate tax experience to his clients. He has helped negotiate multi-million dollar deals to secure new products and relocate manufacturing facilities. A Certified Public Accountant, he is a graduate of University of South Florida. Bruce has made his home in the Tampa area for more than 20 years. He enjoys fishing, woodworking and coaching his two sons in sports.


    Sheryl Tobin, CPA

    Sheryl Tobin joined the CFO Strategic Partners team in 2004. She graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in accounting. She began her career with Coopers & Lybrand in Atlanta, with the audit department. There she provided accounting, tax and consulting services to various companies worldwide. While at Coopers & Lybrand, she worked in various industries, developing an expertise in manufacturing, communication and not-for- profit. She also successfully completed many mergers and acquisitions for clients, including some overseas clients. Sheryl later joined Wattyl Paint Corporation in Atlanta, and served as their chief financial officer. While at Wattyl, she worked on business development and successfully completed four acquisitions. Since joining the CFO Strategic Partners team, she has been involved with clients in the architectural, construction, service and technology industries. She has assisted start-up companies obtain funding for future operations. Sheryl is a Girl Scout leader and is active in her church, serving as a Sunday school teacher. She is involved with the PTA at her children's schools, having served as president for two years and on various other committee chairs.

    Laura has worked in the telecommunications, semiconductor and oil industries over the past 20 years including multiple locations for SBC Communications, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Agere Systems, and Technical Oil Tool Company.  A certified public accountant with a Masters from Rollins College, Laura has expertise in joint venture start-ups, international and domestic auditing, controllership, financial operations, analysis and reporting, budgeting and planning, internal controls and cash management.  Most recently, she served as CFO of the law firm Rutledge Bradford. Beyond the U.S., she has experience in the Caribbean, Latin America, Spain and Singapore.   As a CFO she brings a broad business background from inside large corporate cultures, rapid growth environments, as well as small and medium-size privately-held companies. Laura enjoys travel, boating and biking. She is “mom’’ to three Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.


    Carol Yeager, CPA

    Carol Yeager graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and from the University of Central Florida with a Master of  Business Administration. Before joining the CFO Strategic Partners team in November 2006, she was Manager of Financial Reporting for a start-up health care company. In this role, she was responsible for all internal and external financial reporting, establishing key performance indicators, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, and analyzing potential acquisitions. She also oversaw several special projects, including the  financing of two major acquisitions and the financial analysis for the company’s initial public offering. Carol’s previous experience includes responsibility for accounting, analysis, planning and sales support for The Coca-Cola Company’s Orlando national accounts team, oversight of internal financial reporting and analysis and reinsurance for the Florida division of United Healthcare; and tax and revenue accounting for the Florida local telecommunications division of Sprint (now Embarq). Carol enjoys spending time with her husband and family.


    Cindy Anderson
    Human Resources Manager

    Cindy Anderson has more than 15 years of experience in human resources and corporate recruiting. A graduate from the University of Central Florida, she most recently served with the Orlando Magic in their human resources and community relations departments. She worked as a human resources generalist and a recruiter. She also served as the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation Manager. Prior to the Magic, Cindy worked with Hancock Information Group in Longwood as a staffing manager. She started her career with Barnett Bank (now Bank of America).  Cindy’s volunteer experience includes serving on various SHRM and HR Florida conference committees and a volunteer recruiter for the BETA Center.  She is married with two beautiful girls and enjoys scrapbooking and card making in her free time.


    Natalie LaLonde

    A senior finance major at the University of Central Florida, Natalie already has an impressive array of experience and a passion for accounting and finance. Since 1999 she worked as an Accounts Manager at Decorative Home Interiors in Maitland, where she computerized the firm’s paper bookkeeping system. Since 2004 she also worked as Front Desk Agent at Orlando’s Grand Bohemian Hotel. Active in charity work, Natalie has helped raise funds for the MS Society, Cure Autism Now, The Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida, and she volunteers regularly at the Ronald McDonald Houses of Orlando. A member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority, Natalie is also a talented musician who served as Principle Oboist for the UCF Wind Ensemble. A graduate of Winter Park High School, in her spare time Natalie enjoys playing oboe and piano, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.

    Paula Kegelman graduated from Orlando College with an Associates of Science degree and a Medical Assistant Certificate in 1994. To further her career, she later received her Basic X-ray License in 1999. In her eleven years in the medical field she has worked in Podiatry, Orthopedics, and Family Practice. She has brought with her the professionalism and organizational skills that excelled her in the medical field to the CFO Strategic Partners team in August 2005. Paula is an active mother, and enjoys spending time with her husband and family.

    When not answering the phone at CFO Strategic Partners, Beth is currently attending Valencia Community College. She has her sights on the University of Central Florida where she plans to major in Education. A graduate of Apopka High School and lifelong Central Florida resident, Beth has worked as a receptionist for two years. She enjoys the outdoors, reading, church activities and spending time with family and friends.
